As a Certified Business Psychologist, Rae’s passion and expertise in psychology and human behaviours drives her commitment to human-centered design. Building on her in-depth understanding of human behaviors in workplace and organisational contexts, she has contributed to various strategic development and transformation projects that leverage on design thinking.

Prior to ThinkPlace, Rae worked in the mental health and social impact space in Malaysia, where she focused on critically analysing and re-designing business strategies, systems, and processes to balance the needs of both clients and staff — ensuring long-term sustainability and impact. Her involvement in various community engagement initiatives also honed her facilitation skills, enabling her to engage sensitively and effectively with diverse groups in the field. Currently at ThinkPlace, she leverages her expertise on a broader scale, addressing complex challenges in the public sector and even contributing to transformative solutions at a global level.

Rae is also passionate about helping teams and organisations grow. She has led and supported a range of internal strategic development and organisational transformation initiatives. Beyond helping organisations innovate in their ways of working, she focuses on enabling lasting and meaningful change — equipping stakeholders with the knowledge and capability to sustain and amplify the impact of these initiatives over time.
