Inclusion & Equity
True societal progress is measured by whether all voices are included, especially those often overlooked or facing unique barriers to participation and opportunity. Inequities in access, representation, and decision-making can prevent marginalised communities from fully participating and benefiting from social services, programmes, and policies.
Our work focuses on understanding and telling the stories of the lived experiences of diverse and underrepresented groups, including people with disabilities, migrants, low-income households, and other marginalised communities. Using participatory and human-centred design approches, we collaborate with communities, service providers, and policymakers to identify systemic barriers, uncover unmet needs, and map critical touchpoints where inclusion can be strengthened.
We create safe and inclusive spaces for communities to meaningfully contribute to service and policy design, ensuring interventions are responsive to diverse ends, culturally relevant and grounded in lived experience. By embedding these insights into the design of programmes, services, and policies, we empower the underrepresented communities in co-creating equitable and accessible systems – driving long-term improvements in participation, outcomes, and social inclusion for all.
