With a background in digital transformation and UX design, she enjoys working across the full design process, moving fluidly between the broader organisational picture and the details of how a service feels and functions. Her experience spans public and financial services, connecting customer journeys with the operational workflows that support them. Across these contexts, she brings a critical lens to help organisations question assumptions and translate complex needs into services and products that are useful for people and practical to deliver.
