IMPACT AREAS

Women & Children

Gender inequality and systemic barriers continue to undermine the safety, wellbeing, and development of women and children worldwide. Services, programmes, and policies often overlook lived realities, resulting in interventions that struggle to reach or meaningfully support those they are intended to serve.

Our work shifts this dynamic by centring the voices and experiences of women and children in the design of solutions that affect their lives. Through participatory and human-centred design, we work alongside women, children, caregivers, and service providers to surface unmet needs, challenge assumptions and address root causes that shape access and opportunity.

We co-create inclusive services, programmes, and policy interventions that respond to the realities of women and children across life stages—addressing safety and protection, caregiving and family dynamics, access to education and health services, and barriers to women’s economic participation. By translating lived experience into actionable insights, we support more accessible, culturally relevant, and trusted systems, strengthening outcomes for women, children, and families while advancing gender equality, child development, and long-term wellbeing.
